Job Description:

Occupancy Specialist – St. Croix

The Occupancy Specialist shall devote his/her full-time efforts, skills, and accuracy with the occupancy processes to comply with federally assisted housing programs guidelines and/or related field of work within the housing division.

Skills Required

Basic Qualifications:

§ Two years college experience in secretarial training or a high school diploma with five years of secretarial experience.

§ Word processing skills and experience required.

§ Must have experience with apartment rentals and federally assisted housing programs.

§ Must possess a VI Driver’s License.
