The St. Thomas Swimming Association (STSA), located in St. Thomas in the United STates Virgin Islands, is immediately seeking an experienced professional for the position of Aquatics Director / Head Swim Coach. This is a full-time position for an organized individual with impressive references, all up-to-date appropriate certifications and a proven track record. The qualified applicant must have experience in coaching swim teams, pool operations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong history of motivating children and adults and must be a consensus builder. A desire to build programs and demonstrate maturity and a high level of commitment are also required. Quick Books experience is preferred.
