Responsible for operations managementat St. Croix, managing a workforce of 120 local employees.Company responsible for providing security services for different industries among stores, banking, government offices, hotels, etc.·Top management decision making for operational matters and employee management.Will supervise Managers and other Supervisors on their security and managerial duties.·Budget management for operational matters among payroll, purchasing, office expenses, etc.·Identify and promote business development visiting potential clients on the Island.·Will assure contract agreement with clients, providing security employees (managers and officers) as arranged and agreed on the negotiation.·Assures that required materials are available.·Organize, hire, motivate, train, assigns and discipline an efficient workforce to meet departmental budget and efficiency goals for control.
Skills Required
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree completed2.6+ years of relevant experience in security services, must have 3+ years of combined experience in management.Experience in customer service and sales will also be considered.3.Expertise in regulations for security and loss prevention areas is highly required. 4.Experienced in monitor room for security matters is also desired.5.Customer service oriented and sales oriented desired.6.Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) for reporting services.7.Must be fluent in English and basic knowledge in Spanish is desired.8.Available to work or assist with special situations on a 24/7 shift.Candidate must be reachable on call as needed.9.Relocation package is not available for this position.
