Responsible for operations management  at St. Croix, managing a workforce of 120 local employees.  Company responsible for providing security services for different industries among stores, banking, government offices, hotels, etc. ·          Top management decision making for operational matters and employee management.  Will supervise Managers and other Supervisors on their security and managerial duties.  ·          Budget management for operational matters among payroll, purchasing, office expenses, etc.·          Identify and promote business development visiting potential clients on the Island.·          Will assure contract agreement with clients, providing security employees (managers and officers) as arranged and agreed on the negotiation.  ·          Assures that required materials are available.·          Organize, hire, motivate, train, assigns and discipline an efficient workforce to meet departmental budget and efficiency goals for control.
