We are looking for a highly motivated individual to bring their experience and talent to our team. We are seeking an experienced retail manager who can effectively lead and motivate the people around them. You will be in charge of implementing marketing plans, ordering and managing inventory, communicating effectively and reaching sales goals.
Plan and prepare employee work schedules
Control cash handling
Act as a liaison between cashier and upper management
Control merchandise and fuel inventories
Order product to keep shelves fully stocked and well-merchandised
Handle employee grievances and disputes
Maintain site appearance standards
Implement and maintain safety procedures
Maintain maintenance records and reporting any issues to maintenance department
Comply with all laws, rules, regulations and company policies
Skills Required
High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities to guide and evaluate all team members.
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office programs
Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Excellent communicator, decision-maker and motivator
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
