Using Excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public. 

Operates a motor vehicle to assist in carrying out the business of the House f Printing

Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, planning, directing, staffing and controlling the operations of the Print Shop. 

Responsible for maintaining the goals, standards and objectives of the General Services Department. 

Prepares cost estimates and quotes for print jobs from price sheets that include setup, labor and materials. 

 Observes deadlines in preparation of all printing jobs. 

Prepares original documents for plate making process by creating a camera-ready copy using cut and paste method and desk top publishing computer. 

Prepares documents for desk top publishing using personal computer with various software programs.   

Performs copy layout and paste up duties. Duties also include cutting, folding, collating, binding and stapling print orders. 

Determines resources and materials required for each job; prepares order forms for special or non-stock materials and, upon completion, bills jobs.
