Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment. Arrange tours, taxis, or restaurant reservations for customers.
Skills Required
High School Diploma or (GED) Equivalent. Strong oral and written communication skills and must be computer literate. Strong math skills, be able to communicate effectively, have a friendly and pleasant personality and posses great patience. Must also pass a small entry test.
