Supervises and coordinates the operation of the Front Desk and Bell stand. Schedules all personnel in the departments. Requisitions supplies and equipment for the Front Office and Bell stand and maintains a monthly inventory of the supplies. Aids guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints. Assist in training new employees in the Front Office Department. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager.
