Main responsibilities
Fulfillment of each and every one of the tasks of the CMP (Schedule of Planned Maintenance)
Responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of all types of machinery within the Restaurant, refrigeration units, A / C units, freezer units, Shakes / ice creams, grills, fryers, ovens, among others.
Ensure compliance with the Grilling Certification program and ice cream machines.
Evaluates and reports to the Department's Consultant when it is required that the repair and / or Maintained by an outside agency.
Carries out monthly evaluations to restaurants in order to obtain a result Quantitative of its management and that of its technicians.
Evaluates and reports to the Manager of the Restaurant and to the Supervisor of the Department (Consultant Maintenance), any discrepancy observed in the execution of the maintenance by the Restaurant staff or outside companies.
Maintains an inventory of parts and tools according to the tasks performed.
Responsible for the resources provided by the company as well as its correct use (auto, Cellular and work tools)
