As one of the premier jewelry and watch retailers in the Caribbean, Little Switzerland has a long-standing history of offering the widest selection of top name designer jewelry and watch brands to their customers. Little Switzerland is currently searching for a Marketing Co-op Manager who identifies with this long standing history of excellence to lead all aspects of our Co-op marketing initiative including developing brand co-op plans and proposals, budget management, and invoicing. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Submit creative media to the appropriate media outlet per the required specifications, with all appropriate tags, copy and artwork in a timely fashion, including maintaining all media flowcharts. Develop all Vendor Co-op Marketing Proposals, including the creation of the physical proposals and follow up with each brand partner relative to all written authorizations within the established timelines. Work with the VP of Marketing to develop the department budget with weekly reconciliations. Process all island and corporate invoices, including weekly reconciliation of all invoices against estimates, and ensure all island invoices are paid in a timely manner by tracking payment schedules. Maintain a master cruise ship schedule with an annual outlook by market and an overall view for the company relative to number of ship visits, passenger capacity by month quarter and year. Compile weekly field reports for distribution. |
