We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who identifies with this long standing history of excellence. The successful candidate will: · Develop, plan and execute all email lead generation campaigns. · Lead and manage Direct Sales team. · Manage email database, recommend and implement list segmentation as appropriate. · Distribute leads and call-lists to Direct Sales Team. · Manage website content (corporate, promotions, branded and non-branded merchandise) via CMS. · Devise strategies to drive traffic to the website. · Manage social media presence. · Recommend, develop and initiate social media campaigns. · Recommend, develop and test display advertising campaigns. · Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). · Identify trends and insights, and recommend new initiatives and technologies to explore based on the insights. · Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (ex. Store Operations and Merchandising) as well as external stakeholders (Ex. Agencies and Vendors) to ensure campaigns meet specific needs and are fully integrated. · Ensure all Digital Marketing efforts are completed within budgetary guidelines. |
