We are searching for a Visual Merchandising Manager who identifies with this long standing history of excellence. The successful candidate will: · Lead development and implementation of all visual merchandising programs to maximize product appeal and maximize in-store sales. · Regularly communicate with Executive Team, Buyers, Directors of Operations, Regional Marketing Representatives and Store Managers on all aspects of visual merchandising, vendor signage and display materials to ensure program implementation in a timely and productive manner. · Optimize visual presentation in display cases, vitrines, windows and other in-store signage programs. · Conceptualize (with input from Supervisor and other department executives) and implement creative signage and display programs to promote specific products, events and holidays. · Regularly conduct and participate in store visits focusing on presentation standards. · Regularly communicate with vendors (with buyer approval) on Duratrans needs, case display, vitrine display and window display needs; track receipt and installation. · Create and publish planograms and directives for merchandise arrangement. · Communicate planograms to stores and all concerned personnel, devise planogram library on network. · Maintain file on network with floor plans of all stores, update with approved changes as needed, and communicate to stores. · Maintain file with dimensions for all stores showcases, light boxes and windows. · Source, order, distribute in-case display elements for non-branded goods, and keep records of store needs. · Source, order, distribute in-case pad liner fabric, and keep records of store needs. · Coordinate with corporate personnel and vendors in planning new store openings, providing leadership to store setup teams to ensure timely and effective openings. · Ability to understand and implement “best practices” and state-of-the-art merchandizing trends. · Establish and maintain visual merchandising budget |
