Job Description:
The Office Services Assistant/Runner will have primary responsibility to provide office services support to the St. Croix office.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinating, ordering and picking up daily / weekly / special occasion lunches
Monitoring and replenishing the refrigerator, snacks, beverages, etc.
Monitoring and replenishing restroom supplies (soap, hand towels, etc.)
Running errands, shopping for office supplies and food and making deliveries of urgent mail / packages
Coordinating various office events
Scheduling meetings
Ensure that tax related documents and payments are filed with IRB in a timely manner
Maintain calendar and ensure timely completion of EDC compliance requirements
Maintain BCP and ensure that it is kept up to date
Maintain and troubleshoot IT related issues, ensure that all necessary equipment are available for employees and functioning
Communicate with vendors as needed for service, supplies and other necessary information
Providing support to the team as needed
Other duties as assigned
Ensure that insurances are renewed in a timely manner and any change requests are communicated
Manage daily office operations and communicate with landlord/others as needed for maintenance and office related issues

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Friendly, upbeat, pleasant demeanor; good at building alliances and possesses a helpful, client support attitude
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented, meticulous, highly accurate
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
Strong work ethic, flexible with regard to hours
A "no task is too small" attitude
Ability to manage changing demands in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to lift 25 pounds
