Job Description:
Primarily responsible for supervising all personnel and processes for inbound/outbound products. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Being point person for Merchandising for all receipts coming in/going out of QMS including RTV\'s
• Participating in weekly meeting with QMS Manager to prioritize workload
• Managing the RTV process for product coming in/going out to vendors
• Making sure all Memo Credits are closed out once vendor has received them
• Managing staff work hours needed based on unit projections per week
• Responsible for ensuring quality control on outbound product
• Ensuring appropriate kitting that is included in shipments and communicates compliance issues to vendors
• Managing Specials Orders from QMS to customers
• Managing the DC inventory level reports weekly on units by vendor
• Managing price changes and ticket requests from merchandising and stores
• Facilitating resolution to any issues from stores on shipments
Skills Required
• Strong computer skills, to include MS Office and other proprietary software programs
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Prior management experience, preferably in a production oriented work environment
• Ability to deal at all levels of the organization
• Must be process and detailed oriented
• Must operate with a sense of urgency to meet delivery deadlines and shipping schedules
• Commitment to Company values.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
• College degree preferred
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Prior knowledge of company brands
