The role of the Store Manager is to effectively manage all store operations and to contribute to the growth and development of the management team and store hourly associates. Other duties include ensuring that every customer is 100% satisfied, develop store-level action plans to improve sales, drives the store Business Plan, manages payroll administration, budgeting, and the annual performance review process, analyze P&L statements, develop action plans to control shrink and other controllable expenses, oversees all recruiting efforts, succession planning, training strategies and internal development to reduce turnover.
Must possess a high school diploma or it's equivalent
Some college preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years retail management experience
Must have a passion for relentlessly driving sales and profit by offering the BEST customer service and a solid track record for recruiting, training, developing, motivating, and leading a diverse team to success.
Must have the following: strong leadership and analytical skills, strong organizational and problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
